HOWO Refrigerated Truck 4×2-THERMO KING Unit is a light refrigerated truck produced by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (Sinotruk), which is widely used in food, fresh food, medicine and other industries requiring cold chain transportation. It also has the advantages of light body, suitable for narrow city roads, strong power, economical fuel consumption, reliable refrigerating system, stable temperature control, customized multi-temperature zones according to the transported items, ventilation system and other features, etc.
HOWO Refrigerated Trucks are commonly used for distribution from cold chain warehouses or logistics parks to supermarkets, convenience stores, community fresh food stores, as well as ice cream, dairy products, frozen dumplings and other commodities with strict temperature control requirements, often relying on small refrigerated trucks for daily distribution or replenishment.
Insulation van box: we utilize the advanced domestic Kogel wet foaming process for integrated foam molding, resulting in excellent thermal insulation and a superior choice for our customers. The corners of the box are well sealed with fiberglass, which prevents the water vapor from entering the insulation layer, making the lifetime of the box much longer.
Cooling system: We use the Thermal King and Carrier brand from America. They are both top refrigeration brands in the world. They have after-sales service all over the world and their production base in China also ensures fast delivery cycle.
Both brands have following options:
a, independent system, it’s own engine doesn’t need power from the truck chassis. In this case, the refrigerator system is more stable; it could still run when the truck is switched off.
b, non-independent system, it will take the power from the truck engine, so the size of the outer system is smaller, and the price is cheaper.
c you could choose an electric standby, connect the system with electricity to run the refrigerator when the truck sis switched off.
Optional configuration:
* Aluminum rails are installed on the floor to ensure smooth circulation of cold air, reaching every corner of the cargo box.
* Hooks and rails are installed on the roof. If you need to hang meat inside the truck, the roof can be reinforced and fitted with rails and hooks.
*An optional side door is also available for easyunloading from the front or center of the cargo box.
Divider plate: a divider plate in the middle of the van box could divide the box into different rooms,you could set different temperature in different rooms to store different cargos
Curtain: The side doors and rear doors can be equipped with curtains to effectively prevent the cold air in the box from dissipating quickly when loading and unloading goods.
