To thoroughly implement the requirements for reforming the industrial workforce in the new era and continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of establishing employee innovation studios, the Jinan Automotive Digital Technology Application Innovation Studio Alliance was formally established with a project signing ceremony held at Sinotruk on 25 December. Gong Junqing, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice-Chairman of the Jinan Federation of Trade Unions, and Jiang Pengpeng, Deputy Party Secretary, Director and Chairman of the Trade Union of Sinotruk Group, attended the ceremony and delivered addresses.

Daily production capacity increased by 6.67%, 16.67%, 26.67%... The steadily rising figures resonated with the powerful rhythm of efficiency on the production line, sounding the battle drum for a "flying start" in the first quarter! All employees of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Jinan Engine Plant responded to the call, their morale soaring, and all fronts launched a full-scale assault on the first quarter's production and operation targets with the high-spirited fighting spirit of "starting strong and sprinting ahead from the beginning"!

On December 21, as the 2026 Partners Conference of Shandong Heavy Industry SINOTRUK Group approached its conclusion, a public open day combining technology and interactive experiences was warmly launched at the Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center. Retired employees of the Group, current employees’ families, and members of the public gathered on site to experience the strength of high-end equipment manufacturing in an immersive way, embarking together on a SINOTRUK brand journey that was “touchable, interactive, and memorable.”

On the morning of December 25th, Sinotruk Huawin officially broke ground on its Phase III Powder Coating Project. The ceremony was attended by key dignitaries, including He Youpeng (Vice Governor of Zengdu District), Xu Depeng (Director of the District Bureau of Economy and Information Technology), Huang Huang (General Manager of Huawin), and Chen Yong (Chairman of Huawin Investment), all of whom gathered to witness this corporate milestone.
