Applications:
1. Suitable for large-capacity trunk transportation of refined oil across domestic provinces and cities. The lightweight aluminum alloy design is lighter than carbon steel tanks, enabling more oil loading under compliance, lower fuel consumption during long-distance driving, and greatly improving the operational income and efficiency of trunk transportation.
2. Used for the transshipment connection of various oil products at ports and warehousing areas. The aluminum alloy tank is corrosion-resistant without coating, eliminating the need for frequent derusting and repainting compared with carbon steel tanks. It is also easy to clean with less oil residue, allowing quick switching of transported varieties to meet the flexible needs of transshipment transportation.
3. Serves the fixed-point oil supply for remote infrastructure sites such as mining areas and construction sites. The aluminum alloy tank is impact-resistant and not easy to deform, more corrosion-resistant in harsh working conditions than carbon steel tanks, and its light weight is more suitable for driving on complex road conditions. Feature:
1. Made of 5182 high-strength aluminum alloy, the tank is over 30% lighter than carbon steel tanks. It has inherent oil corrosion resistance without anti-corrosion coating, fundamentally avoiding rust and coating peeling, with high toughness and impact resistance, and lower maintenance costs throughout the life cycle.
2. The tank has a total volume of 46 CBM, with higher effective load capacity than carbon steel tanks of the same specification under compliance. The 6-compartment design enables simultaneous transportation of various oil products to avoid cross-contamination, with accurate and efficient unloading for multi-batch, multi-destination transportation.
3. Equipped with 3-axle air suspension and front axle lifting function, different from the conventional mechanical suspension of carbon steel tanks, it has better shock absorption to buffer road impact and reduce driving noise. Lifting the front axle at no/light load reduces tire wear and fuel consumption, suitable for high-speed, mountain, construction site and other road conditions.
4. Adopting TIG/MIG inert gas shielded welding, different from the arc welding of carbon steel tanks, the welds are dense without defects and the strength exceeds industry standards, effectively eliminating oil leakage, reducing tank deformation, making the inner wall smoother and lowering oil residue and cleaning difficulty.
5. Equipped with aluminum alloy ladder and guardrail, lighter and corrosion-resistant without rust than carbon steel accessories, no need for derusting and painting maintenance. The anti-slip ladder and compliant guardrail provide stable and safe operation guarantee for tank inspection and cleaning, without potential safety hazards of corrosion and aging.
