Customized 6x4 Hook Lift Truck for Peruvian Palm Oil Plantation

Project Background:

In September 2024, a major palm oil producer in Peru contacted us seeking a 6x4 hook lift truck for palm fruit transportation. Their specific requirement was to integrate the new truck and hook lift system with their existing containers, demanding precise technical compatibility.

Our Proposal

We provided a tailored solution focused on flexibility and technical support:

1. Adaptive Quoting: Initially proposed a complete vehicle-with-box solution. Quickly adjusted our offer to provide only the truck chassis and hook lift system after learning the client had their own containers. Later adjusted our offer again to provide the truck with hook lift system and customized container as per their drawing. 

2. Technical Collaboration: Promptly supplied critical hook lift system parameters and drawings in February 2025 to ensure a perfect match with the client's equipment, building strong trust.

3. Streamlined Process: Efficiently handled the client's supplier background check, offered spare parts list and operation manual, provided a Proforma Invoice (PI) for a trial unit, and professionally reviewed their Letter of Credit (L/C) draft.

The Result

· The trial unit, configured to the client's final specifications, was completed in August 2025.

· Shipment is scheduled for September 2025.

· This initial order serves as a test for potential larger bulk purchases, establishing a promising long-term partnership.
